Overage is automatically charged at tiered rates. Standard plan: $0.10/min (first 1,000), $0.08/min (1,001–3,000), $0.06/min (3,001+). Annual plan: $0.08/min (first 3,000), $0.06/min (3,001+). Flex plan users pay $0.60/min for all minutes.
The one-time $99 setup fee covers AI configuration and onboarding. For Standard and Annual subscribers, it's credited back monthly as a Loyalty Credit — fully credited back over your first 10 months. Early cancellation forfeits remaining credits. The $249/mo subscription begins after setup.
Standard and Annual plans have a 12-month initial term. Cancelling early triggers a $499 Early Termination Fee. After the initial term, you're on month-to-month — cancel with 30 days' notice, no penalty. Flex plan users can cancel anytime with no penalty.
Absolutely. All call data is hosted on US-based servers with TLS 1.2+ and AES-256 encryption. We're fully CCPA-compliant and never sell your data. Call recordings are auto-deleted after 90 days for your peace of mind.
Flex (PAYG) is great for trying Loom AI or low-volume months — no contract, pay per minute. Standard gives you 1,500 included minutes at a flat rate. Annual saves 20% with upfront payment. All plans include the same AI features.
