Overage is automatically charged at tiered rates: $0.10/min (up to 3,000), $0.08/min (up to 6,000), and $0.06/min above that. If you have Smart-Refuel enabled, it will top up your balance before you hit overage territory.
The one-time $99 setup fee covers AI configuration and onboarding. For 12-month subscribers, it's credited back monthly as a Loyalty Credit — fully refunded by month 12. Early cancellation forfeits remaining credits.
Yes, but the subscription has a 12-month initial term. Cancelling early triggers a $490 Early Termination Fee. After the initial term, you're on month-to-month — cancel with 30 days' notice, no penalty.
Absolutely. All call data is hosted on US-based AWS servers with TLS 1.2+ and AES-256 encryption. We're fully CCPA-compliant and never sell your data. Call recordings are auto-deleted after 90 days for your peace of mind.
